Commercial Manager; Telecom​/ICT

Lead commercial planning, pricing, and financial management activities for telecommunications and ICT projects. Ensure project profitability, commercial compliance, and effective contract management while supporting strategic business growth and decision‑making.

• Develop and manage commercial strategies, pricing models, and financial evaluations for telecom and ICT projects.
• Review and support contract negotiations, ensuring commercial risks are identified and managed.
• Prepare commercial and financial reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
• Monitor project profitability, revenue performance, and compliance with approved budgets and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, procurement, and project teams to support successful project delivery and customer commitment.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; professional certification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial management, pricing, finance, or contract management within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
• Experience supporting large‑scale telecom, ICT, government, or enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial analysis, financial modelling, contract management, and business performance reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
