Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multi-division business operations
- Oversee retail, wholesale, distribution, and restaurant operations
- Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, inventory, supply chain, and KPIs
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and business growth initiatives
- Lead department heads and operational teams
- Drive process improvement, compliance, and operational excellence
- MBA in Operations, Finance, or IT Management is mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of GCC experience
- Strong experience in multi-outlet / multi-division operations
- Experience in at least 2 areas: retail, wholesale, distribution, or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, reporting, financial analysis, and coordination skills
- Sponsorship change is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
