Business Analysis & Transformation Lead

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This role plays a key part together with business stakeholders in shaping and fostering continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. Provides a strong link between the business and information technology, interpreting business rules and requirements for technical systems. Coordinates with a business analyst to ensure proper allocation of workloads and the timely completion of tasks.

• Gather results from the analysis team, analyze and recommend improvements that enable the department to efficiently achieve its goals, provide the right tools to measure improvement, and implement control self‑assessment.
• Use problem‑solving skills to help the division connect the dots and understand the power of an integrated solution by displaying a unique set of numbers that tell the story, identify, and quantify opportunities.
• Understand business processes and identify relevant issues; use business knowledge to proactively support Business Analysts, teams, departments, and the organization.
• Assist the business process manager in managing hardware.
• Help the business expand functional skills and develop a deep understanding of needs.
• Analyze data and reports to find ways to increase productivity.
• Diagnose problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Analyze and consolidate daily reports gathered from the business analyst; report them to the business process manager.
• Plan yearly leave plans with the team to ensure smooth running of the division.
• Create project and upgrade schedules and ensure they are followed by everyone assigned to those projects.
