Sales Operations Coordinator; Chinese-speaking

We’re looking for a Chinese-speaking Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations while strengthening communication with our Chinese partners and stakeholders.

• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with Chinese-speaking partners and customers.
• Ensure smooth business operations and timely follow-up on sales activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and Chinese stakeholders.

• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the heavy equipment or machinery industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
