About the job Data Analysis Specialist
- Experience of working with employee surveys and related tools and approaches
- Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful surveys.
- Experience in using measurement, data, analytics and insight in relation to communication and engagement activity
- Excellent analytics and problem‑solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audience
- Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide recommendations
- Strong Business Intelligence (BI) analysis background
- Excellent command of the English language
- PC literate
- Proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies
- Ability to present work quickly and accurately, under pressure and to deadline
- Resilient and adaptable
- Willing to work occasionally long/unsocial hours to meet the needs of the business
- Demonstrate creative flair and innovative thinking
