Vendor Operations Specialist

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to expand our Grocery business in Qatar, we're looking for a Vendor Operations Specialist to help build a best-in-class marketplace by driving operational excellence, partner success, and an outstanding customer experience.

• Manage vendor operations including catalog updates, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
• Act as the primary operational contact between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support vendor onboarding, training, and day-to-day operational guidance.
• Ensure partners understand Keeta's systems, operational standards, SLAs, and platform capabilities.

• Coordinate in-app campaigns and promotional activities with vendors.
• Partner with Marketing and Design teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and maintain brand consistency.

• Monitor operational KPIs including availability, stock levels, and vendor performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in marketplace operations, vendor operations, merchant management, or e-commerce.
• Experience managing merchant or vendor relationships within delivery, retail, or marketplace businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English

• Experience with AI productivity tools and data analysis platforms is a plus.
