Junior Customer Care Officer

Seib Insurance and Reinsurance - Qatar, is looking for a Junior Customer Care Officer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be handling life & medical claims related queries and complaints via emails and telephone primarily from Clients including but not limited to, the assigned portfolio.

• Coordinate & elevate to TPA & SEIB Management to resolve claims inquiries.
• Day to day liaison with clients per designated/assigned portfolio.
• Report on customers service issues.
• Communicate Group Renewal advices as well as Sales proposals, follow-up & update Senior Claims Manager on their status on a weekly basis.
• Prepare Presentations for New as well as Renewed Policies.
• Present these to Brokers, Policy Holders/Insured as and when required.
• Assist in Preparation of Booklets & coordinate issuance per agreed TAT.
• Report active issues and areas to prevent a repetition of what may risk Seib’s reputation.
• Client Satisfaction improvement with the intention of renewing every policy.
• Strict adherence to set administrative & communication timelines. These would involve set time frames on responses to emails (acknowledgements as well as final closures) as well as answering the phone.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the medical field is preferred.
