Sales Analyst

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This role plays a key part together with business stakeholders in shaping and fostering continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. Provides strong link between the business and information technology, interpreting business rules and requirements for technical systems. Coordinates with business analyst to ensure proper allocation of workloads and accomplishing tasks in timely manner.

Area of Focus:

• Gathering results from the analysis team, analyze and recommend improvements to same that enable the department to efficiently achieve its goals through providing the right tools to measure the improvement and implementing control self-assessment.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to help the division connect the dots and understand the power of an integrated solution by displaying a unique set of numbers that tell the story to identify and quantify opportunities
• Understanding of the business and ability to identify relevant issues; use of knowledge of the business to proactively support Business Analysts, teams, departments, and/or the organization.
• Assisting business process manager to manage hardware.
• Assisting the business to enlarge the function skills and to create a deep understanding of needs
• Analyze data and reports to find ways to increase productivity
• Diagnosing the problems and proposing proper solution
• Responsible for analyzing and consolidating the daily reports gathered from business analyst and to be reported to business process manager
• Planning yearly leave plan with the team to ensure smooth running of the division
• Create schedules for projects and upgrades and ensure that they’re followed by everyone assigned to those projects.
