Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Specialist – Strategy, Innovation & Research to support the development and execution of corporate strategy, innovation initiatives, and business research activities. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic planning, market intelligence, innovation programs, and organizational transformation projects that support the company's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate and departmental strategies.
- Analyze business performance data and prepare strategic insights and recommendations for management.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating innovation opportunities, new business models, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and research papers for executive management.
- Monitor key strategic initiatives and track progress against objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support strategy execution.
- Support business case development, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.
- Maintain awareness of economic, technological, regulatory, and industry developments impacting the organization.
- Participate in special projects related to innovation, organizational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Innovation Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, business research, innovation, management consulting, or business transformation.
- Experience in preparing strategic reports, market assessments, and business cases.
- Understanding of strategy frameworks, performance management, and innovation methodologies.
