Hiring Operations Intern

Location: Doha, Qatar Duration: 60 or 90 days Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager

Role Overview:

Swan Global is seeking an Operations Intern to assist in optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in process documentation and workflow optimization.
• Support daily operational tasks, including data management and reporting.
• Coordinate between different departments for smooth business operations.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is a plus.
