Swan Global WLL seeks an experienced O&M Work Order Manager for the Dukhan Highway project in Qatar. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders, coordinate planning and field teams, and ensure compliance with Ashghal KPIs in remote desert conditions.
You will drive 100% closure within SLA timelines, monitor HSE permits, and maintain CMMS systems while delivering daily and weekly performance insights to stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential;
Arabic is a plus.
