Wedding Planner - Doha, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time position open to Egyptian nationals with or without experience in wedding planning. English language proficiency is not a requirement for this role. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings for our clients.
This includes meeting with clients to understand their vision and preferences, selecting vendors and venues, creating timelines and budgets, managing guest lists and seating arrangements, and overseeing the entire event on the day of. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. You must be able to remain calm under pressure and handle any challenges that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event.
While previous experience in wedding planning is preferred, we are open to training individuals who are passionate about the industry and willing to learn. As long as you have a can‑do attitude and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for our clients, we would love to have you on our team. This is an urgent position so we require someone who is able to start immediately.
We offer visa sponsorship for non‑Qatari nationals who meet the necessary requirements. Please note that this position does not include accommodation, so candidates must already have their own housing arrangements in Doha or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
