Business Manager Job in Doha
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading teams, as well as strong organizational skills.
The primary responsibilities of the Business Manager include but are not limited to: developing strategies, policies and procedures that will ensure the long-term success of the company; creating and maintaining budgets; monitoring progress; making sure deadlines are met; overseeing departmental processes; and providing managerial support to staff.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem‑solving skills and be able to manage multiple projects addition, the successful candidate should have knowledge of business operations, financial management, customer service, marketing strategies and data analysis. They should also be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven track record of success in business management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
