Business manager job in Doha Qatar
Business Manager - DohaWe are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business operations and should have a capacity to manage and develop relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.
The primary duties of the Business Manager will include:
- Developing business strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives;
- Directing the activities of departments such as sales, marketing, finance, human resources and operations;
- Analyzing financial data to monitor performance;
- Identifying market trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth;
- Controlling budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
- Overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations;
- Recruiting, developing and leading teams;
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors and customers.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years' experience in the same role. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and knowledge of industry regulations.
A competitive salary package of 1400 QAR per month is on offer for this role.
