Gulf Helicopters Company (GHC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial growth initiatives, manage strategic customer relationships, and oversee the full lifecycle of bids, tenders, and contracts across our helicopter operations business.

• Lead commercial bids, tenders, and proposal submissions for aviation and helicopter services.
• Negotiate, manage, and administer customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial models, and business cases.
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Manage contract renewals, variations, claims, and commercial risk.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, with significant exposure to the helicopter/rotary-wing or aviation industry.
• Proven experience in bid management, tendering, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting offshore, government, defense, EMS, SAR, or aviation services contracts is an advantage.
