Manforce Group is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Transformation Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business performance, introduce new business verticals, enhance operational efficiency, and support revenue growth.
This role requires someone who has personally delivered business transformation initiatives, not only provided consultancy recommendations. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen, technology awareness, commercial thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
The role involves working closely with senior management and coordinating with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Transformation- Develop and execute business transformation strategies aligned with Manforce Group’s growth objectives.
- Review existing business models, processes, systems, and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead transformation projects from concept and business case development through implementation and performance measurement.
- Translate business challenges into practical, scalable, and commercially viable solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies, duplication, cost leakages, and operational bottlenecks.
- Establish transformation roadmaps, priorities, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, productivity, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
- Support organizational change by ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are properly adopted.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to introduce new business verticals, products, services, and revenue streams.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and commercial opportunity assessments.
- Develop business cases covering market potential, investment requirements, operating models, risks, revenue projections, and expected returns.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to validate new business concepts.
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives before full-scale implementation.
- Identify opportunities to diversify revenue and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
- Assess how technology can improve business performance, customer engagement, reporting, automation, and operational control.
- Work closely with IT and digital teams to identify suitable platforms, systems, integrations, and automation opportunities.
- Define business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user acceptance criteria.
- Support the implementation of enterprise systems, digital platforms, CRM solutions, workflow tools, analytics systems, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure technology investments are linked to clear and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with technology teams and vendors to manage delivery, integration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Promote the effective use of data, dashboards, automation, and digital tools in decision-making.
- Ensure technology solutions are practical, user-friendly, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Lead initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks, dependencies, and deliverables are completed on time.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, communication channels, and escalation processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on objectives, priorities, and implementation plans.
- Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across transformation initiatives.
- Communicate complex business and technology matters clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to convert strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
- Prepare regular progress reports, management updates, risk assessments, and decision papers for senior leadership.
- Map and redesign business processes to improve speed, quality, control, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, policies, and performance-monitoring mechanisms.
- Define and monitor KPIs for transformation programs and business units.
- Use data and performance insights to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Benchmark performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement.
- Ensure implemented solutions are sustained after project completion.
- Develop change management plans for new processes, systems, structures, and business initiatives.
- Assess the impact of transformation projects on employees, customers, systems, and operations.
