This role is responsible for delivering robust supplier performance analysis and governance support to enable timely interventions and escalation decisions. Supports the SPM leadership by ensuring performance data is credible, actionable, and aligned to defined metrics and thresholds. Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and material that support aircraft maintenance and engineering operations.
Accountabilities include, but not limited to:- Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs, contractual commitments, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Analyze supplier performance trends, including on-time performance, turnaround times, quality metrics, and recovery effectiveness.
- Prepare supplier engagement packs, dashboards, management reports, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate intervention plans and corrective actions, tracking progress, due dates, and closure effectiveness.
- Validate performance data and resolve discrepancies before reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Maintain supplier performance databases, trackers, exception logs, and supporting evidence records.
- Handle supplier CAPA tracking and verification of implementation progress
- Support supplier evaluations, benchmarking activities, tender reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare management briefings and provide timely responses to stakeholder requests and reporting requirements.
- Represent the department professionally in internal meetings and supplier forums while contributing to governance and performance improvement activities.

About you:- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
- Experience with in an airline, engineering, aerospace, maintenance, supply chain, materials planning, or supplier performance environment.
- Technical and Operational knowledge of Aircraft Systems
- Deep Aircraft Program Lifecycle expertise
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support risk-based decision-making.
- Good understanding of supplier performance management, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
