Service Quality & Vendor Management Specialist (E-Invoicing)

About the roleAre you passionate about vendor management, service quality, and stakeholder engagement? We're looking for an experienced professional to help drive the success of a large-scale e-invoicing ecosystem by collaborating with external service providers, ensuring service excellence, and supporting regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with e-invoicing service providers and market vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality against agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal business and IT teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Support vendor onboarding, awareness sessions, and standards alignment.
- Prepare service quality reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
- Act as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries and escalations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in vendor management, service quality, stakeholder engagement, or operational oversight.
- Experience working in government, public sector, or other regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Experience with dashboards, performance monitoring, and vendor governance.
