About the roleQatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR team as an Organisational Design Specialist to be based in Doha, Qatar
.
As part of the Organisation Design team, you will contribute to numerous strategic HR initiatives, including organisational setup analysis, identification of new trends on the global workforce market, driving efficiency projects that support business performance. In this role, you will support the implementation of organisational design frameworks, enhance current headcount related processes, make sure that roles and responsibilities within organisations are aligned to business strategy as well as support the compensation and benefits team in proper grading of roles across Qatar Airways Group.
You will work closely with stakeholders across all business functions and be part of company-wide projects together with other HR teams.
The Role Includes
- Evaluate current and proposed organisational structural set ups and provide insights on organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse and provide management updates on organisational structures, roles and workforce data.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, review and validate organisational charts, relevant job descriptions, and responsibilities matrices.
- Support organisational design and job harmonization projects from concept through implementation.
- Ensure consistent application of job evaluation frameworks, standards and governance processes.
- Autonomously identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives with focus on use of digital solutions that enhance current HR processes and procedures.

QualificationAbout You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Previous experience within strategic planning re-organization projects, efficiency programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-drive and ability to provide outside-of-the-box solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. MS Excel and Power Point
- The ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical organisational recommendations.
