Primary Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously enhancing asset management standards, policies, processes, and systems to support the effective management of Qatar Energy's non-operated assets.
The position will drive excellence in asset management practices through quality assurance, the adoption of industry best practices, and the development of training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The role also plays a key part in building organisational capability, fostering communities of practice, and strengthening asset management expertise across the business through targeted learning and development programmes.
Required Experience and SkillsMinimum of 15 years of experience within the industry including 8 years working in asset or JV management.
Has deep understanding of Asset Management, change management principles and systems as well as prior experience of working with Asset Teams.
Educational QualificationsBachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or related field)
