We are seeking a Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, data analysis, forecasting, and resource optimization. The role will provide accurate workforce insights and reports to support business and HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data, staffing levels, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Support workforce planning, forecasting, and headcount analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce KPIs.
- Identify staffing gaps and opportunities for resource optimization.
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce requirements.
- Ensure workforce data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills;
Power BI is an advantage. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
