We are seeking a mature, highly organised, and energetic Nanny / PA to support a UHNW family in Doha, with summer travel to the UK and Europe. This is a lifestyle-focused role for older children, rather than traditional nannying.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing children’s schedules, activities, and daily routines, while assisting with light household duties. This is a permanent position offering a long-term career opportunity within a dynamic, high-profile family environment.

• Pack children’s belongings for travel
• Manage school follow-ups, appointments, and scheduling
• Act as a lifestyle manager for the children
• Assist younger children with bathing/personal care
• Ensure all children are presentable, groomed, and appropriately dressed
• Support with homework and educational activities
• Organise creative and engaging activities, including crafts, games, and educational play
• Perform light household duties such as laundry and tidying children’s rooms/play areas
• Encourage appropriate social behaviour, responsibility, and respect
• Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing during all activities
• Collaborate with parents and household staff
• Run occasional errands and shop for children’s needs
• Create and maintain a nanny manual/f dossier
• Assist with scheduling and reporting for other childcare staff
• Train or supervise other nannies as required

• Minimum 5 years of childcare experience, ideally including management or physical education experience
• Experience with older children (6–14 years)
• Mature, adaptable, organised, and proactive
• Enjoys travel and is flexible with locations and schedules
• Hands‑on approach to light household duties
