• Treat each child with dignity and respect.
• Recognize and consider the individual needs of each child.
• Help children learn to think creatively, and respect themselves and others.
• Supervise the attendants in planning and the daily program for children.
• Check and ensure that all kids have a registration form on file.
• Supervise the work of attendants to prevent injuries and accidents, and handle appropriately if they occur.
• Ensure that attendants attend the required training sessions, meetings, and programs.
• Maintain a clean, orderly room and club centre.
• Perform related duties as requested by the manager.
• Report problems, injuries, and hazards promptly to the Kids Club Manager.
• Assist attendants with dressing kids and changing diapers when needed.
• Ensure proper security procedures for all kids and parents' sign‑in/out.
• Brief attendants to organize and store toys and materials for order.
• Supervise housekeeping duties in the Kids Club area.
• Sanitize toys and play equipment weekly.
• Interact with children in a positive, age‑appropriate manner.
• React appropriately to unexpected circumstances.
• Ensure attendants can bend and stoop to interact with children throughout the day.
• Complete paperwork and meet monthly report deadlines.

• CPR/AED, First Aid certification.
• Relevant degree:
  High School or College Degree in General Education, Education, Early Childhood Education, Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Teaching, Hospitality and Tourism Management.
