2 Spanish-speaking Nannies + solid VIP experience in Latin/South America (Doha, Qatar)

Our very prominent Clients based out in Doha, Qatar, are in need of 2supremely-experienced and organised Spanish-speaking Nannies to orchestrate thedaily lives of their 5 children & to stand as inspirational role models to theircharges, ranging from 5 to 13 years old, who are involved in sporting activities be it in school or as extra-curricular activities.
It is imperative for the new Nannies to have notable experience working with multiple siblings, within large households, ideally with VIP/UHNW families in Latin/South America.
The ultimate Spanish-speaking Nannies will exudenatural-born authority, whilst not being domineering, in order to instill confidence in the children. With this in mind, the 2 new additions to this prestigious Household will resort to their soft skills, diplomacy and flair, to seamlessly get the children engaged, entertained and content. A good sense ofhumour as a coping mechanism would be a definite asset in these positions.
The two Nannies sought should be endowed with emotional intelligence todeal with all the facets of the lives of the children, when it comes to the children’s daily lives & social lives as well as in regards to all thepedagogical matters surrounding academia. Travel will be involved as the family does travel during the school holiday breaks.
These pivotal roles encompass working collaboratively as this is afully-staffed household. The Nannies will work in sync with the parents and/orwith any other private staff handpicked by the family.
These are 6-day-a-week roles, based in Doha (Qatar), with salariesamounting to £ 1000.00 per week. Apartments supplied.
Adhering to confidentiality is non-negotiable in these roles as the Principals do value their privacy.
The roles are to start ASAP.
RequirementsThe duties shall include, but not limited to:
- Experience with UHNW and VIPPrincipals.
- Experience reporting tohigh-powered Principals or stakeholders chosen by the family.
- Keeping on top of the children’sdaily schedules and social affairs.
- Supporting the children’sdaily lives and implementing structure.
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks.
- Following up with playdates.
- Being confidence-boosters tothe children.
- Providing insightfulcompanionship to the children.
- DBS.
- Paediatric first-aid certificate.
- A minimumof 5 years’ experience in these roles.
- Mastering the Spanish language.
- Experience with multiple siblings.
- Solid working experience with VIP families in Latin/South America.
- An eyefor detail, being meticulous and highly organised.
- Fun to bearound.

- Not being fazed by last-minute arrangements.
