We are seeking a skilled and experienced Abaya Tailor to join our client’s fashion atelier in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, cutting, and stitching abayas
, with attention to detail, quality finishing, and customer preferences. The role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to work with various fabrics and embellishments.

• Design, cut, and stitch abayas according to customer specifications and current fashion trends.
• Take accurate measurements and perform fitting sessions to ensure proper garment fit.
• Handle various types of fabrics including chiffon, crepe, silk, and satin.
• Apply embroidery, lacework, beads, or stone embellishments as required.
• Maintain sewing equipment and ensure workspace cleanliness.
• Manage alterations, adjustments, and repairs on existing garments.
• Coordinate with designers and store staff to deliver garments within timelines.
• Ensure high quality and finishing standards are maintained for every order.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Abaya or Arabic women’s wear tailoring.
• Strong skills in cutting, stitching, pattern making, and hand‑finishing.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern Abaya styles.
• Ability to operate industrial and embroidery sewing machines.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Immediate availability preferred.
