Social Media Account Manager

Salary: Starting from QAR 4,500 (for the first 3 months – probation)

About the Role:

Fioreva Studio is seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Account Manager.

This role is the bridge between clients and the creative team, ensuring smooth execution, professional communication, and high-quality delivery across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over all communication with clients after the deal is closed by the CEO.
• Handle all client requests, updates, and approvals through official communication channels.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely follow-ups, clear communication, and consistent delivery.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions and ensure clients receive top-quality service.
• Assign tasks to designers and content creators based on the client’s requirements.
• Follow up with the creative team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review creative work (designs, videos, content) before sharing it with clients to ensure high quality.
• Track revisions and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain detailed documentation of tasks, feedback, and workflow updates.
• Upload, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Ensure all posts follow the approved monthly content calendar.
• Monitor engagement and performance on all published content.
• Report issues or urgent changes immediately to management.
• Work closely with the CEO on escalations, priorities, and special client requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication between the client and the creative team.
• Keep accurate records of all approvals, updates, and decisions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and management.
• Highlight performance, pending tasks, and project milestones.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Social Media Management or Account Handling (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
