The Video Content Creator will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content for Qatar Living’s main platforms as well as client projects. This role works closely with Video Producers, the Social Media team, and Sales Managers to deliver compelling visual content that supports the company’s marketing objectives and reflects the Qatar Living brand identity.

The ideal candidate will bring strong creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent attention to detail to consistently deliver visually engaging videos that resonate with our target audience.

• Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Qatar Living’s platforms and client campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media, website, and advertising use.
• Develop visual storytelling concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and video concepts.
• Assist in scriptwriting, shot lists, storyboarding, and planning production schedules.
• Coordinate with team members to secure locations, props, and necessary permissions.

• Capture video footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ensure high production quality, including proper framing, sound clarity, and lighting.
• Direct talent during shoots and manage on-set requirements as needed.

• Edit video content using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
• Add motion graphics, effects, music, subtitles, and transitions to enhance content quality.
• Deliver final videos that meet brand standards and deadlines.

• Work closely with Video Producers, Social Media Managers, and Sales teams to fulfill content briefs.
• Adapt content based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure timely revisions.
• Support in coordinating content for clients, campaigns, and sponsored projects.

• Ensure all video content maintains Qatar Living’s brand identity and tone.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media formats, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Maintain an organized archive of footage, project files, and content assets.

• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Support live event coverage, interviews, community events, and onsite shoots as required.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance overall video strategy and content output.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in video content creation and editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and promotional video work.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong skills in video editing, color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Good understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
