Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled and service‑oriented AV Technician to join our prestigious luxury hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless setup, operation, and maintenance of all audio‑visual systems across our event venues, meeting spaces, and public areas.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio‑visual equipment including sound systems, projectors, LED screens, lighting, and conferencing systems.
- Provide technical support for meetings, conferences, events, and hotel functions.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with the Events, IT, and Banqueting teams for smooth event delivery.
- Assist internal and external clients with AV requirements, ensuring high service standards.
- Maintain inventory of AV equipment and report any damages or technical issues.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an AV Technician, preferably in luxury hospitality or events.
- Strong knowledge of professional sound systems, lighting control, and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and work under pressure during live events.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event‑based schedules.
