Product Visual Artist

Overview

🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! We’re looking for a Product Visual Artist to join Snoonu’s product design team and help us build the visual and emotional layer across our products. This role is about visual storytelling inside the product: 3D-style illustrations, icons, objects, and visual scenes that make experiences feel more human, clear, and engaging. Your work will help users not only understand how things work, but also feel confident, welcomed, and emotionally connected while using the product.

• Illustrations, icons, and 3D-style visual assets used across the product ecosystem
• Visual assets for in-product communication: empty states, onboarding, highlights, feedback states, and micro-stories
• Expressive visuals that support clarity, trust, and emotional connection in everyday interactions
• Assets designed to work across different sizes, surfaces, and contexts
• Iterating on visuals using feedback, experimentation, and real product constraints
• Create expressive illustrations, icons, and 3D-style visuals for in-product use
• Help shape and evolve the emotional tone of the product through visuals
• Translate abstract ideas and product concepts into clear, engaging imagery
• Collaborate closely with product designers to support product storytelling and communication
• Use AI-assisted tools where helpful to explore, generate, and refine visual concepts
• Maintain consistency of the visual language across customer, merchant, and operations products
• Contribute scalable visual assets and patterns that can be reused across the product ecosystem
• Create motion-ready visual assets that can be used for animations when needed

• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, 3D-style visuals, or product-focused visual work
• Excellent sense of composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into strong visuals quickly
• Comfort working within a visual system and real product constraints
• Curiosity and openness to experimenting with modern creative tools, including AI
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset

• Figma and vector tools
• Illustration, 3D / rendering, or motion tools
• AI-based creative tools for exploration and concepting

(Specific tools matter less than your visual judgment and craft.)

• Experience creating animations or working with motion-ready assets

Your work will shape how people perceive the product, how safe and confident interactions feel, and how emotionally connected users become — whether they are customers, partners, or operators.

You’ll be joining Snoonu’s Product Design team, a group of 18+ designers working across customer-facing products, merchant tools, and operations systems. You’ll work closely with product designers and product managers, collaborating on visual assets that support product narratives, communication, and emotional clarity across the product ecosystem. The team values thoughtful craft, open feedback, and calm, respectful collaboration.
