Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English

- Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Threads.
- Write engaging captions in both Arabic and English that align with People and Qatar’s tone and audience.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and editors to produce compelling content.
- Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Stay updated on local and trending topics in Qatar to create relevant content.
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and businesses.
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.).
- Optimize content strategies based on audience insights and platform trends.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with advertisers and brands to create sponsored content.
- Assist in developing creative ad campaigns for clients and partners.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling content.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in media or digital publishing.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s culture, trends, and audience preferences.
- Experience in content creation tools like Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Media, journalism, or digital marketing background is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
