Public relations, creative projects, communication, sales, marketing, and collection development.
Key Responsibilities:1. PR & Brand Communication
- Lead and manage all PR initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
- Oversee communication and follow-ups with Paper Mache agency.
- Direct photo shoot concepts, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor sales performance and enhance customer experience.
- Support VIP client engagement when required.
- Serve as the link between the design team and operations.
- Ensure design requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on schedule.
- Supervise the development and execution of new collections.
- Manage timelines, samples, fittings, and cross-department coordination.
- Lead pop-up design, visual direction, and brand presentation.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics lead on contractor coordination, logistics, and printing suppliers, as these events require strong joint support.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including content planning, social media strategy, and campaign preparation.
- Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team.
