Senior Content Creator​/Filmmaker

We are looking for two Senior Content Creator/Filmmakers to join our team for an exciting opportunity to work closely with one of Qatar’s most innovative and prestigious cultural institutions.

This is a long-term embedded role in which you will lead the creation, direction, and execution of high-impact visual content across digital platforms, exhibitions, and campaigns. You will conceptualize and produce multimedia content including photography, video, hyperlapse, and aerial footage to deliver brand-aligned storytelling that engages and inspires diverse audiences.

This role is based in Qatar and offers an excellent opportunity for someone already in Qatar or the region who is looking to relocate.

• Lead ideation and creative direction for photo and video content across platforms, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Develop visual narratives, storyboards, creative treatments, and pitch series aligned with institutional priorities and audience engagement goals.
• Research emerging trends, innovative techniques, and AI-driven tools to enhance content creation and storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand objectives, audiences, and brand tone.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos (short-form, long-form, social-first) with careful attention to composition, lighting, and motion.
• Shoot content for social media, exhibitions, behind-the-scenes footage, events, interviews, and editorial campaigns.
• Maintain & manage camera equipment, lighting kits, and studio/on-site production gear.
• Edit video footage using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and AI-assisted tools to produce polished and engaging content.
• Retouch and edit photographs to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with editors, sound designers, and animators on complex post-production projects. Ensure visual quality, creative coherence, and alignment with the overall campaign strategy across all outputs.

• Uphold brand visual identity and editorial guidelines across all content.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks prior to content release.
• Review performance analytics with the social team to refine creative strategies and optimize audience engagement.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in photography and video production, preferably in culture, arts, or media.
• Advanced proficiency in video and photo editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end production independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube) in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
