Supervising Producer – Doha, CNN

We are seeking a creative, editorially sharp, and digitally fluent Supervising Producer to support the production and editorial workflow of a new, innovative multiplatform show based in Doha. This role plays a central part in shaping compelling, platform‑optimised content and supporting daily production operations while collaborating closely with the Executive Producer and wider team.

• Support the Executive Producer in Doha and ensure all content aligns with CNN’s editorial principles and connects with a global audience.
• Oversee and mentor a team of content creators, producers, and technical colleagues, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
• Supervise all phases of content creation, from story development and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, social, and linear platforms to maximise audience engagement.

• Extensive experience in television, digital production, or journalism, with a proven background in editorial leadership.
• Strong experience in live broadcasting, long‑form storytelling, and digital news content production.
• Solid understanding of multiplatform content strategy, including digital, social media, and traditional TV formats.
• Experience with CNN digital workflows is an advantage.
• Experience working in a global media environment, with an understanding of international storytelling trends.
