Job Summary
Design and develop creative marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, advertisements, and promotional collateral in line with hotel and brand standards. Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, email marketing, and the hotel website.
Responsibilities- Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns by providing creative concepts, artwork, and design solutions from conception to implementation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, including guestroom collateral, outlet collateral, hotel signage, and promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining and updating visual content on the hotel website and other digital platforms.
- Design graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing initiatives, online advertising, and special promotions.
- Manage, organize, and maintain the hotel’s digital asset library, including photographs, artwork, logos, and design files.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and production vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in photography, image editing, retouching, and basic video editing as required.
- Support the Sales and Events teams by developing customized presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to create creative solutions that enhance guest engagement and brand visibility.
- Stay updated on design trends, hospitality marketing practices, and emerging digital technologies.
- Ensure all artwork is completed accurately, within deadlines, and according to project requirements.
- Provide additional creative and administrative support to the Marketing Manager as required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or related industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
- Strong creativity with excellent visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Ability to develop engaging designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Highly organized with strong planning, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing assets, and website graphics.
- Knowledge of photography, photo retouching, and basic video editing is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with the ability to transform marketing concepts into compelling visual communications.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality branding standards and marketing practices is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passionate about design, innovation, and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
