Wedding planner

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha.

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences and budget for their wedding
• Research and recommend venues, vendors and services that align with clients' needs
• Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
• Coordinate with vendors to secure contracts, payments and services
• Manage all logistics related to the wedding day including setup, timeline management and cleanup
• Collaborate with the design team to create event concepts and themes
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on planning progress
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner or in a related field
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients, vendors and team members
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in budget management and negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of current wedding trends and industry best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

• Experience working in Doha's wedding industry
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Proficiency in Arabic spoken

Salary: $1500 per month, negotiable based on experience.

This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours for students or individuals seeking additional income.
