The Graphic Designer will assist the design team in creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms, including print and digital media. This role involves executing creative concepts, producing design deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals. The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, with a passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design Support:
    Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style across all channels.
  • Creative Input:
    Participate in brainstorming sessions with the design and marketing teams, contributing creative ideas and concepts for various projects.
  • Digital Media Creation:
    Help design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
  • Print Material Design:
    Support the creation of print‑ready files for materials such as posters, packaging, and promotional items.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the design team, marketing, and product teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • File Management:
    Organize and maintain design files, ensuring that assets are easily accessible for future use.
  • Image Editing:
    Retouch and edit photos for use in marketing materials and presentations.
  • Research & Trends:
    Stay updated on design trends and best practices, providing insights that can enhance the company’s creative output.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Key Attributes
  • Basic knowledge of web design and social media graphics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience in website design.
  • Understanding of creative strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience of UX design skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, retail & merchandising, and F&B industries.
