Responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across all social media platforms while maintaining a luxury and visually appealing identity.

• Manage daily posting on Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other platforms
• Create short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, stories)
• Edit photos and videos professionally (color grading, retouching)
• Set up lighting, backgrounds, and creative scenes
• Create content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions
• Write engaging captions in line with brand tone (luxury/chocolate niche)
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries
• Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
• Coordinate with photographer/videographer for content production
• Monitor trends and competitor activities

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably F&B or luxury brands)
• Strong copywriting skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of social media tools and scheduling platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
