Shine Gold & Diamonds is a well-established jewellery retail brand with a strong presence in Qatar and Bahrain. With multiple showrooms, an in-house design and production team, and a growing digital presence, the company continues to expand its retail, marketing, and e-commerce operations.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Jewellery Retoucher to join our Marketing team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in graphic design, jewellery retouching, product image editing, motion graphics, and creative visual production. The role also involves supporting photography, photo/video content, campaign creatives, product launches, and other marketing-related visual requirements. This position is suitable for someone who can create attractive designs, professionally retouch jewellery images, maintain a premium brand look, and work across digital, print, social media, and e-commerce creative requirements.

• Create designs for social media posts, stories, Whats App status, website banners, advertisements, campaigns, product launches, and other digital or print marketing materials.
• Design posters, flyers, brochures, roll-ups, in-store branding, promotional creatives, product-focused layouts, and other visual materials for marketing and retail activities.
• Retouch jewellery, product, and model images with attention to colour accuracy, gold tone, stones, shine, reflections, shadows, background cleaning, and premium finishing.
• Prepare website-ready, social-media-ready, campaign-ready, advertisement-ready, and print-ready images and designs in the required sizes, formats, and quality standards.
• Create motion graphics, animated posts, promotional animations, short visual content, text overlays, and other creative materials using relevant design and editing tools.
• Shoot and edit photos, videos, reels, product visuals, showroom activities, promotions, campaigns, events, launches, and other brand or marketing-related content.
• Coordinate with content creators, photographers, videographers, store teams, the e-commerce team, and the marketing team for creative requirements, campaigns, product promotions, and deadlines.
• Organize creative files and use Adobe Creative Cloud, AI tools, and other creative tools to support design, retouching, photo/video editing, content production, workflow efficiency, offline marketing activities, and other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, jewellery retouching, product retouching, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Jewellery retouching experience is required.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour balance, composition, product presentation, and premium visual finishing.
• Ability to create professional designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
• Good attention to detail when working with jewellery designs, stones, gold colours, textures, reflections, and product accuracy.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, or other relevant creative tools will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, image editing, creative development, or workflow improvement will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, accept feedback, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English with good communication and coordination skills.

Must be currently available in Qatar. Must have a valid Qatar  with transferable visa / NOC will be preferred. Immediate joining or short notice period is preferred.

A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory. The portfolio should include graphic design work, social media or campaign creatives, jewellery retouching, product retouching, before-and-after samples, and motion graphics where available. Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.
