Presentation & Visual Communications Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Executive Presentation Designer / Presentation & Visual Communications Designer to develop world-class presentations for executive leadership, business development, investor relations, corporate communications, and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and possess strong graphic design and motion graphics capabilities. They should be capable of transforming complex information into visually compelling presentations using advanced animations, storytelling techniques, custom graphics, multimedia elements, and professionally sourced digital assets.

• Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for C-suite executives, clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Convert complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing slides.
• Create executive-level presentations, proposals, pitch decks, annual reports, and corporate profiles.
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentation materials.

• Create sophisticated PowerPoint animations and interactive presentations.
• Design motion-based transitions and slide sequences that enhance storytelling.
• Develop animated infographics, timelines, process flows, and business diagrams.
• Utilize PowerPoint Morph, Zoom, Trigger Animations, and multimedia integrations.

• Develop custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and visual assets.
• Create high-quality visual content aligned with corporate branding.
• Enhance presentations through creative layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Produce motion graphics and animated visual content.
• Integrate video, audio, and multimedia elements into presentations.
• Create short animated explainers and presentation openers when required.

• Source high-quality images, graphics, videos, icons, and design assets from professional platforms.
• Utilize stock libraries and AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining copyright compliance.
• Optimize visual content for presentation performance and quality.

• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, marketing, and project teams.
• Understand business objectives and translate requirements into compelling visual narratives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Presentation Design, Graphic Design, or Motion Graphics.
• Proven portfolio showcasing advanced PowerPoint presentations and animations.
• Experience supporting senior executives and corporate leadership teams.
