Photographer​/Videographer

• Capture high-quality and engaging photographs and videos for various projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with creative briefs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling in both photography and videography.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards, enhancing their quality and maintaining visual consistency across all projects.
• Direct and manage photo/video shoots, including set design, lighting, composition, and directing talent, ensuring all visual elements meet project specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in both photography and videography, incorporating new techniques and styles into your work.
• Manage multiple photo and video projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in pre-production tasks, such as concept development, storyboarding, mood board creation, and location scouting.
• Provide raw footage and images for editing, ensuring all content aligns with the creative direction, and collaborate closely with video editors for final edits.
• Ensure all photography and videography equipment is well-maintained and ready for use during shoots.
• Engage in various styles of photography and videography depending on project needs, including lifestyle, product, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in both photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in shooting with studio equipment and artificial lighting for both photography and video.
• Competence in video production techniques, including framing, camera movement, and basic audio capture.
• Strong post-production skills, including proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team and understand creative briefs.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in shooting various photography styles, including portrait, product, lifestyle, and event photography, as well as handling video production for different formats.
• knowledge of art direction is a plus
