- Manage basic lighting, camera setup, and audio
- Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines
- Coordinate with the team during shoots and post-production
- Experience in videography and video editing
- Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio basics
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in event coverage
- Motion graphics knowledge is a plus
- Portfolio or sample work preferred
