We are hiring a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer with strong editing experience to produce high-quality property photos, videos, and marketing content for residential and commercial real estate listings. The ideal candidate should be experienced in property shoots, walkthrough videos, and social media real estate content.
Key Responsibilities- Professional real estate photography for apartments, villas, offices, and commercial properties
- Property videography, including walkthroughs, reels, and promotional videos
- Photo editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent if any advanced)
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar, or if any advanced)
- Capture content optimized for property listings, websites, and social media
- Operate and manage camera, lighting, gimbal, and audio equipment
- Coordinate with brokers and marketing teams to meet listing deadlines
- Organize and maintain property media libraries
- Ensure brand and listing consistency across all visual content
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate photography & videography
- Strong photo and video editing skills
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Understanding of angles, lighting, and composition for property marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio of real estate work (mandatory)
- Drone photography/videography (licensed preferred)
- Experience creating real estate reels and social media ads
- Knowledge of property portals and listing standards
- Motion graphics for property branding
