Premium Solutions is hiring for a client in Qatar.
A well-established nursery located near Ramada Signal, Doha
, is looking for a caring, patient, and energetic Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher and provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
Job Title: Assistant Teacher – Nursery

- Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Assist with age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, rest periods, and classroom activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assist young children with basic hygiene, feeding, and comfort needs.
- Monitor children's wellbeing and provide appropriate support throughout the day.
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setups.
- Encourage positive social interaction and age-appropriate behavior.
- Communicate positively and professionally with parents and nursery staff.
- Support classroom activities, events, and other nursery programs as required.
- Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool children is an advantage.
- Caring, patient, energetic, and reliable personality.
- Strong interest in early childhood development and childcare.
- Good communication skills in English
. - Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
- Willingness to work full-time,
Sunday to Thursday
. - Candidates must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate
