Audit Senior Expert (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Expert to lead complex audit engagements, compliance reviews, and risk assessment activities. The role requires strong expertise in internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance within government or regulated environments. The ideal candidate must possess local experience, professional certifications, government sector exposure, and Arabic language proficiency.

• Lead and manage internal and external audit engagements
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Evaluate financial, operational, and regulatory controls
• Develop audit plans, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Coordinate with business units to track remediation actions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification required (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit management tools

• Local experience is mandatory
• Government sector exposure is required
• Arabic Speaker is mandatory
• Professional certification is mandatory

• 10+ years of experience in audit, compliance, governance, or risk management
• Experience in government, semi-government, or highly regulated industries preferred

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage high-level audit projects independently
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
