This opportunity sits within a fast‑growing, multi‑asset investment platform with an expanding real estate investment presence across the region and internationally. The organisation offers a highly entrepreneurial environment with exposure to institutional‑quality transactions and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and markets
  • Build detailed financial models including acquisitions, valuations, cash flow analysis, and scenario modelling
  • Conduct market research, asset‑level analysis, and feasibility assessments
  • Support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence processes
  • Analyse investment performance, market trends, and portfolio metrics
  • Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction documentation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transaction processes
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and asset management initiatives
  • Support strategic projects including expansion opportunities and market entry initiatives
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of internal investment and reporting processes
Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years' experience within real estate investments, Big4, investment banking, private equity, advisory, or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Experience evaluating real estate assets and investment opportunities
  • Understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams within a fast‑paced environment
  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ARGUS certification are advantageous
  • Exposure to UAE / GCC real estate markets is strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
