Are you a compliance and workflow automation specialist with next-generation supervision tools. We are sourcing on behalf of a top-tier global consultancy for a Senior Consultant specialising in workflow automation and compliance monitoring system implementation.
What You’ll Do:- Implement workflow automation system (Team Mate or equivalent) for regulatory alerts & escalations
- Develop & integrate a compliance monitoring system with the RBS framework
- Design automated inspection and escalation workflows
- Build SOPs and inspection playbooks for on-site supervision
- Support AML/CFT compliance monitoring integration
- Deliver training & knowledge transfer to Central Bank staff
- 7+ years in compliance, audit, or regulatory supervision
- Hands‑on Team Mate or equivalent workflow automation experience
- Strong understanding of compliance monitoring systems
- Knowledge of Fin Tech regulatory frameworks & AML/CFT
- Central bank or regulatory authority background — preferred
Duration: 12 months minimum and Extendable
