• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
• Consolidate financial results across business units and perform variance and trend analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data and projections
• Ensure timely submission of statutory and management reports
• Maintain full compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial governance policies
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on necessary financial adjustments
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies during audit processes
• Strengthen internal financial controls through risk assessments and process reviews
• Implement audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions
• Contribute to development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within financial systems and reporting frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and public sector accounting principles
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA preferred
• Experience working with large organizations or audit firms preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in financial matters
