• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial data supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and annual budget processes.
• Analyze operational, statistical, and competitive data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support senior leadership including GCEO and Chief Officers through budgetary control, monthly consolidation, and variance analysis.
• Prepare board‑level financial presentations, expenditure analysis, and unit revenue and cost metrics.
• Provide long‑term financial outlooks using KPIs to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
• Lead financial business case development for strategic initiatives, investments, and confidential external ventures.
• Collaborate with Corporate Planning to develop and execute five‑year strategic business plans.
• Monitor financial performance and provide forward‑looking analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Oversee month‑end reporting accuracy, including operational and financial variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and major business initiatives.
• Manage the annual budget cycle aligned with productivity targets and business plans.
• Identify financial risks and propose feasible options to support management decisions.
• Set departmental objectives aligned with overall business goals and review performance regularly.
• Lead and manage budgeting for operational overhead departments.
• Drive strategic investment allocation through structured and comprehensive business cases.
• Support and lead digital transformation initiatives within finance functions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a management role within the airline or aviation industry.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA is preferred.
• Strong experience in developing financial and operational models for business planning and strategy.
• Proven ability to present complex financial information to senior management and business leaders.

• Advanced financial analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss drivers and business cycles.
• Experience with internal finance systems and cost centre accounting.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
