• Lead preparation of financial and strategic reports, monitoring variance against budget and identifying risks and opportunities
• Oversee development and enforcement of internal accounting policies and standard operating procedures
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with company accounting standards
• Develop advanced financial models including profitability analysis, scenario planning, benchmarking, and root cause analysis
• Participate in annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis processes
• Prepare and present monthly KPI performance reports to budget holders and finance leadership
• Deliver quarterly rolling forecasts to business and financial stakeholders
• Review commercial contracts and business proposals to ensure compliance with financial policies
• Monitor expenditure variances and lead investigations when deviations are significant
• Provide objective financial recommendations to optimize allocation of resources and improve cost efficiency
• Lead budgeting execution in line with CFO directives covering operational costs, manpower, and overheads
• Enhance reporting submitted to internal cost management committees and conduct post-project financial analysis
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Organize and prioritize requests from senior finance management while supervising team workflow

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within finance or business control
• Experience in passenger airline finance or aviation operational cost management
• Strong knowledge of cost center accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights to senior management
  
  Experience working under tight reporting deadlines in dynamic business environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Oracle Financials
• Strong leadership skills with ability to delegate, mentor, coach, and develop team members
