• Manage daily cash positions by analyzing balances, funding requirements, banking activities, and foreign exchange movements.
• Ensure smooth domestic and international banking operations and maintain direct coordination with financial institutions.
• Analyze money market quotes and recommend optimal liquidity and investment decisions.
• Prepare and maintain treasury accounting records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Forecast short‑term and medium‑term cash flow requirements and report liquidity needs to management.
• Maintain loan schedules, calculate interest, and coordinate principal and interest payments.
• Manage letters of credit, bank guarantees, corporate cards, emergency cards, and petty cash processes.
• Analyze foreign exchange execution against budgets and market benchmarks.
• Prepare monthly bank and general ledger reconciliation reports for head office and outstations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and support annual budget preparation.
• Identify financial risk exposures and support the development of treasury risk management strategies.
• Maintain treasury risk registers and support compliance and assurance reporting.
• Support fleet and fleet‑related financing accounting and documentation.
• Provide financial analysis to support long‑term funding strategies and optimal capital structure.
• Produce treasury KPIs and recommend process, system, and control improvements.
• Perform other treasury and finance duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, or diploma with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Experience in corporate treasury or investment banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financing instruments, and payment systems.
• Experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and support strategic decision‑making.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work across finance, IT, and business teams.
• Experience in process improvement and people development.
• Treasury‑related professional qualification preferred.
